What is Metropolis, P.A.?
We are a personal assistant and errand service provider. We serve both businesses and individuals.

How can this service help me?
We can help you by taking care of the things you don't want to do or don't have the time to do. If you have to chose between doing errands and spending much needed time with your family or working,than you need to call Metropolis, P.A. to take care of the errands. Nothing is more valuable than your own time.

What kind of services do you offer to hospital patients and their families?
We offer a variety of services from picking up and delivering necessary items from home to delivering food that you crave. For families who spend a great deal of time at the hospital, we can run errands so you don't have to. And we'll also take care of pets that might be feeling neglected with you being away so much.

What if I need a service not listed?
We are here to help you, so if you don't see the service listed, just ask. We also contract with various other service providers to help you with any possible need you may have.

How much notice do I need to give you?
It is recommended to schedule your services 4-24 hours in advance. We understand that last minute needs may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate all of our clients, if possible, at any given time.

What if I need after hours/weekend services?
Our normal business hours are Monday thru Friday from 7:00am-7:00pm. We are available after hours and on weekends for an additional cost. These services must be scheduled with as much advance notice as possible to assure availability.

How do I pay for services?
We accept cash, check or Mastercard/Visa. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless previous billing arrangements have been made. Reimbursement expenses will be due upon completion of the service.

Can I feel confident that personal/business information will not be shared?
Absolutely! No information will ever be released to third parties. All employee's of Metropolis, P.A. are also bonded for your security.

How can I become a Preferred Vendor?
If you would like to be considered to perform services for our Client's, please call us or send an e-mail telling us all about your services and your fees. We will then contact you to follow up.
